Getting to Silver by Building Your Group

It was great & the 30 or so friends who experienced it will likely advance at least one rank by the time Phil returns in June ... if we ACT on the information he provided (Bob Proctor says that learning is not just gathering information; true learning is proven by a behavior change resulting from the information gathered).

Phil's full presentation is available an excellent set of four audio tapes, along with the printed information he's used to help create over 600 Silver Wellness Consultants in his own organization. All of that can be obtained by calling his secretary, Virginia at (541) 855-1494 & saying the magic words: "Phil said to send me the information on what's available." Phil's son operates the family store that sells the tapes, etc. & that helps to finance his music education.

"THE PROCESS"5/15/WP

When starting, talk to a LOT of people—spend MAX of 5 minutes with each person—find out if the person is a prospect NOW—are they interested in ANY of the Five Pillars—if they’re very satisfied with their life as is … next

If they’re interested in ANYTHING, give them information—"would you prefer an audio or video … which would you be most likely to listen/watch within 48 hrs + lit (like N_____-at-a-Glance) or Phil’s "Blue & White" brochure

ONLY give the info if they COMMIT to listen/watch within 48 hrs … if no commitment, DON’T leave the info ‘til they’re ready

--set a definite time to do the follow-up


15--FOLLOW-UP—MAX of 15 minutes—"What did you like best about the audio, video, etc.?"—if they didn’t… "You said you’d listen by tonite…"

(DON’T ask what they thought)

--purpose of follow-up—set an appointment to present a solution for them

--Don’t answer a lot of questions by phone—can’t do a WP by phone (how do you share the bi-axial rotational magnetic tool experience by phone)


Average time for Silver WC’s to help their friends thru the process about 30 days, Gold WC’s about two weeks, Platinum about a week,Diamond … 3 days!Conclusion:quit messing around sitting on China Eggs who aren’t ready to hatch NOW.


--"Don’t pick up your right foot ‘til your left foot is firmly planted" (keep your regular job ‘til your N_____ income matches or exceeds your j.o.b. income)


"If time & money were no concern, what would you do with your life?"

--find out where they want to be I five years … in any of the Five Pillars

The appointment—do mini product demo

--best at neutral location (away from spouse, dog, kids, phones, etc.)—lunch is good—keep meeting short … one hour max

--Insole demo, rub massage balls over shoulders as sitting down for lunch, then hand them the Massage balls

Purpose of the meeting:invite to Wellness Preview


WELLNESS PREVIEW—purpose it to Reinforce what they’ve already heard

If interested—get enrolled, show computer stuff, rollout

--let them enroll selves on computer

--do rollout & teach them to do it for friends, family then

--explain many ways to come into N____n—join somewhere between "uncomfortable" & "panic" ($500 minimum so you don’t get passed, $1,500 as Senior, $5K as Exec)

--when they ask, how to start, what to do, walk ‘em thru the same Process they just went thru

Loaning product—Loan after the WP (unless it’s a gift for someone in need)


Loan EVERYTHING (2 pr insoles, Sleep System for two, etc.)"for a few days"—call back EVERY DAY—as soon as they have a positive experience "Boy, am I glad.I have a woman who needs it immediately."Do NOT leave products for a long time.

As the process proceeds, we spend more & more time with fewer & fewer people

--once they’re an active WC, they get as much of my time as they want—match our energy with theirs—if they want to build NOW, we work together with the same energy


The Process to
Silver

1—get decision to earn the Silver Rank by 15th of month preceding your "Silver Month"

--what’s required to make that decision:

12-15 "active distributor" in your organization (average is creating $1,500/mo volume & sponsoring one new person per month) … not all 12-15 first level; somewhere in the organization

2—Tell your sponsor—make ‘em EARN their 6%--keep calling upline for help (even the inactive ones … give ‘em the option of helping!)

3—Call EVERYONE in your organization, learn their goals for the Silver month & learn how much volume we can plan on for that month from their groups

4—Call THEIR downline to learn where the volume’s coming from

--keep calling ‘til we have $25K committed

5—Chart the entire organization with circles for each player with name, ID#, phone#, commitment$/present$ (the last # changes daily or whenever)

Those five things happen on the 15th-16th

6—Start a 21 Club—Massive action (21/7 is N____n’s rule; Phil’s is 25/5) do more & do it faster—make the appointments for the seven calendar days before the Silver month—Start 21 Club on Thurs, Fri or Sat, so it ends on wed, thurs & fri & therefore get two free days (sat/sun) to create the orders

to invite"I’m in a contest & I need to borrow your body for half an hour & you get a magnificent magnetic massage & I get to practice my presentation.Will you loan me your body for half an hour?"

with this timing, all the volume for the 21 club goes into the Silver Month.

With every rollout appointment, get a prospecting package with a commitment to review it a few hours/days before the appointment for the rollout

Call them day before rollout appointment & what did you like best about the audio/video?

Out of those 25, may create 1-2 new WC’s, invite THEM to start their own 21 Club for first 1-2 week of Silver Month

Throw a party after first week of Silver Month for all those involved in the 21 Club & you & your partner get to spend 10 min to thank everyone for making the contest a success.As a reward anyone can buy for that night only, whatever they want at your cost (wholesale). Also ask who they know who could use additional income …

--set up additional in-home presentations, 3-way calls, 21 Clubs
